Hazardous Driving

When a individual is speeding, driving hazardously, on the wrong side of the road, failing to yield, or driving onto un-owned private property.

$1,000 - 1st Infraction

$5,000 - 2nd Infraction

$10,000 - 3+ Infractions

Permit Lacking

When an individual is utilizing a semi or equipment over 300hp without a Heavy Equipment Permit, or any other permit lacking situation that is not related to animals or factories.

$1,000 - 1st Infraction

$5,000 - 2nd Infraction

$10,000 - 3+ Infractions

Improper Transport

Headers must always be hauled on a header trailer. Bales cannot be more than 1 bale per foot of trailer.

$5,000 per instance

Equipment Abandonment

Any equipment that is left in a place not on your own land for more than 24 hours, or at shop more than 48 hours.

$2,500 per equipment piece per instance.

Underpowered Equipment

Equipment cannot operate implements that combine to be over it’s current HP. Harvesters must have atleast 40hp per 1m of header.

Underpower Haulage

Vehicles can only transport up to x amount of liters of bulk goods.

• 300hp + = 80,000 liters

• 200hp-300hp = 45,000 liters

• 100hp-200hp = 25,000 liters

• Under 100hp = 15,000 liters

FSN Maintenance Failure

Failing to repair, refuel, refill and wash FSN Contracting Equipment after a job.

Lacking Animal Permit

Having an animal pen without the proper permit to cover total animals.

$5,000 - 1st Infraction

$10,000 - 2nd Infraction

$25,000 - 3+ Infractions

Animal Cruelty

Any animal base feed category in the red, including water.

$250 per animal in affected pen.

Bale Violation

When a user has more than 50 bales out at once, or leaves bales out over 48 hours.

$5,000 - 1st Infraction

$25,000 - 3+ Infractions

Pallet Violation

When a user has more than 10 pallets out at once (not on factory output spawnpoints), or leaves pallets out more than 48 hours.

$5,000 - 1st Infraction

$10,000 - 2nd Infraction

Production Limitations

• Limited to 5 production buildings per map.

• Cannot have more than 1 BGA or more than 1 of any factory style building.

• Cannot have more than any combination of 5 greenhouses.

• Pallets must always be set to store, and never can pallets be out loose. They must being transported, or stored in the production or a storage facility.

$100,000 + Suspension of Production Rights - 3rd Infraction

Are You Kidding Me Act

This act covers all uncovered potential situations that may arise that a user is knowingly doing something unrealistic, inappropriate, or unfair. There is a minor and a major penalty based on severity of infraction.

$10,000 Warning

$50,000 Minor Infraction

$100,000 Major Infraction + other applicable repercussions.

Major infractions may cause an account review and possible suspension.

Identification

Your name in game must match your website and discord name so staff can easily identify you. Failure to do so will lead to a fine. Proper format is
Username (Farm Name)

$2,500 per instance.

Tax Avoidance

If a user becomes more than 15 days late on their tax payment (meaning the payment was taken but the account is now negative), delinquency begins. This is handled by the system automatically.

Under 30 Days: 1% penalty per day on outstanding balance

Over 30 Days: 2.5% penalty per day on outstanding balance.

Over 60 Days: Assets seized to settle tax debt.
