Improper Transport

Headers must always be hauled on a header trailer.

Equipment Abandonment

Any equipment that is left in a place not on your own land for more than 24 hours.

$10,000 per equipment piece per instance.

Lacking Animal Permit

Having an animal pen, empty or non-empty, without the proper permit.

$25,000 - 1st Infraction

$50,000 - 2nd Infraction

$100,000 - 3+ Infractions

Animal Cruelty

Any animal category in the red. Food or Water.

$500 per animal in affected pen.

Bale Violation

When a user has more than 50 bales out at once, or leaves bales out over 48 hours.

Pallet Violation

When a user has more than 10 pallets out at once, or leaves pallets out more than 48 hours.

Public Roadway Easement

Terrain modified or built upon within 10 meters of public roadway.

$50,000 per instance

Yard Easement

No land which was not by default field area may be tilled without proper permit, and in all instances 15m of yard easement must be observed.

Building Permits

Cannot construct a structure without a valid building permit that has been approved.

25% of building cost imposed as fine. For repeat offenses, 50% + removal of structure.

Production Limitation

Has more than 5 production buildings

$100,000 per instance

Animal Limitation

Has more than 5 animal buildings

$100,000 per instance.

Are You Kidding Me Act

This act covers all uncovered potential situations that may arise that a user is knowingly doing something unrealistic, inappropriate, or unfair. There is a minor and a major penalty based on severity of infraction.

Major infractions may cause an account review and possible suspension.

Identification

Your name in game must match your website and discord name so staff can easily identify you. Failure to do so will lead to a fine.

$10,000 per instance.

Tax Avoidance

If a user becomes more than 15 days late on their tax payment, delinquency begins. This is handled by the system automatically.

Under 30 Days: 1% penalty per day on outstanding balance

Over 30 Days: 2.5% penalty per day on outstanding balance.

Over 60 Days: Assets seized to settle tax debt.

Vehicle Registration Act

All vehicles much be purchased through the website, as this is the only way they can be registered. Vehicles not registered will be removed from a server to keep up fair play.
