In order to recruit and train a new company of frontline units, you must meet a few criteria and then follow a few basic steps.
Steps
Design your company in the template designer, a template only needs to be made once.
Once you have a template designed, go to your ‘Basic Training’ area at the requested facility.
Once there, hit the form new company button, select the template type and hit ‘begin’.
The next page will show you all requirements to form that company, if you meet all requirements, training will begin.
Training time varies, but in general 1-2 days (game months) are needed for recruitment, and then 3-7 days (game months) are required for training. Training will expend funds, fuel, and munitions.
Once a unit is fully trained it can be put into a larger formation at the same facility if the formation has space.
Ongoing training and exercises can help further a units readiness and knowledge.
Criteria
Must have enough research to allow more companies.
Must have space at facility for newly trained unit.
Max companies training / forming at a time is research level * 3
