Corporate HQ's

Corporate HQ's

Corporate HQ’s are a important feature when it comes to growing your company. In order to grow beyond a workforce of 25 workers, you’ll need to have one!

Workforce Breakdown

A workforce is every employee who works for your company. They can be truck drivers, mine workers, ship crew, corporate staff and more. Every worker (hopefully) is providing a benefit to your company, but must also be properly accommodated! A workforce is broke into 3 primary groups.

Front Line Workers

Semi Drivers

Ship Crew

Mining/Construction Crew

Farm Hands

Operations Workers

Dispatchers

Operations Managers

Captains

Foremen

In order to go above 25 workers overall, you will need to have at minimum a XS HQ building built, and a HR worker hired. A base HR worker can accommodate 50 Frontline, 10 Operations and 5 Corporate staff. HR staff can gain experience over time, or be hired in from hiring agencies with higher skillsets, allowing them to handle more workers than listed above, but by default, this is how much they can handle.

HQ Staffing Capacities & Requirements

Another consideration when building your first headquarters will be how many corporate staff it can hold. Every HQ has a worker capacity, and this capacity applies to any “Corporate” workers hired there. Currently, the limits are as follows.

Notice! You will need to have commercial land of the appropriate amount (Found Below) to construct your HQ!

HQ - XS (Holds 10 Staff, Requires 3 Acres)
HQ - Medium (Holds 25 Staff, Requires 8 Acres)

HQ - Small (Holds 25 Staff, Requires 5 Acres)
HQ - Large (Holds 100 Staff, Requires 12 Acres)
