HR - Human Resources
The HR (Human Resources) worker is a worker that can be hired from the Corporate HQ building. This worker is essential to growing your company, as any company that has more than 25 total employees will need a HR worker, or multiple, to continue hiring and operating their growing company.
There are two ways to hire a HR worker.
Hire From Your HQ Building
Hiring from your HQ is generally the fastest, and cheapest route to get a new HR employee. However, you will want to note that a employee hired from your HQ will be a “basic” worker you get off the street, and thus has the minimal skill set.
Hire From A Hiring Agency
Hiring from a Hiring Agency may take a little longer as you will have to find the right worker and possibly have them transported, and it likely will be more expensive, but it will grant you an opportunity to get a more experienced worker who can handle more employees.
Hiring Agencies are NOT live yet!
Below, you will find a chart that will correlate a workers skill level with how many workers they can handle in each category.
