Removed old 'inventory' system from agricultural buildings in preparation for new system.
Changed over existing cattle in a barn UI for dairy barns.

Pagination for anomalies now maintains country filter if one is used.
Fixed modules not showing on a salvage ship if the ship had modules but didn't have one installed in the first slot. Now system will check all slots to determine existence.
Set up and finished multi-vessel coordination allowing all buoy drops to be seen by all ships on a single anomaly.
Resolved issue that could cause DSV operations to not work even if they had proper depth ability and a Dive Team.
Added ability to send back any ship deployed to an anomaly grid back to port from the anomaly details page.
Added in success/failure messages for deploy to anomaly option.

Exchange
Fixed 'white screen' issue when creating a raw goods sell order and not having enough funds to list, or not having enough material to list.
Logistics
Added distance in as another factor to keep loads from showing that cannot be taken by aircraft that do not have range.
Added in an additional safeguard to keep ships receiving oil from going idle 'randomly'. Please note that if you do have this happen again, report, but also know you can self fix quickly by
resending it to the oil site. But again, this SHOULD be finally hunted down and fixed from the 18 ways it was happening.

Added ability to send a tanker with oil already in it to another anomaly (Note this also means you can 'try' to send other tankers that are 'loaded', but it will deny you, and only will work if it's just oil aboard)
Added in success and failure messages for oil tanker deployment to anomaly sites.
Updated success/failure redirects on oil tanker deployments to properly go to details page of selected anomaly.

Removed custom 'backgrounds' in preparations to optimize pages, load times, and prepare for future growth. Custom backgrounds will become a new feature for profiles in the future, but won't be used for entire site so we can
promote a cleaner, more uniform, and more snappy experience to all.
Removed wintertime snow, so that Bakkas computer horse can stop neighing - Will look for ways to optimize for next year, or make it optional.
