Fixed several agriculture research items that had out of order point requirements based on level.
Fixed being unable to name structures and fields.

Archaeology
Fixed issue with some stuck survey ships that had done their work prior to the new anomaly system.
Updated certain automation instances where anomalies would be stuck in surveying status after the survey ship had completed analyzing.
Construction
Removed dispatching ability while dispatch interface is being made. Getting a lot of bug reports that are likely due to not understanding the system and not enough safeguards coded in yet. Will return soon!

Fixed instances where next plane button could have an empty value.

Fixed issue with next and previous page buttons when looking at survey ships owned.
Moved all non-idle Cruise ships to idle status to create clear baseline and ensure cruise ships are functioning as intended under new ship system.

Made it so that all loads unloading in a player port now grant the political point exchange.
