Fixed issue that could cause incorrect display of frame count and production time for 3rd VAB line.

Nut Gallery Perk: A new perk for being a Nut Gallery Member (Trooper or Above) is that you will receive a 10% bonus to practical knowledge gain in any industry after research revamp has deployed. So you'll now earn those practical knowledge points 10% faster as a thank you for helping keep the lights on!
prepared backend to add All For One item to Diamond Den. This item once activated will go into your 'My Perks' area. From here you can use it. Activating a All For One perk will grant a few lucky Nauts some kind of bonus. This may be reducing a shipment time, an unloading time, a production bonus, some bux, or many other things! It's a great way to give back to your fellow Nauts and show some community spirit. You'll also get a All 4 One stat that is tracked and will soon be displayed in your profile and on a leaderboard!
Perk Revamp: Thors hammer has received it's revamp. Before it would reduce pit mine prep time and had a 5% chance of a bonus. It now can be used when marking a plot, and will grant a 2.5% chance of better ore finds, a 10% better chance of modifiers, and will automatically handle surface surveying for you!
Perk Revamp: The prospect boost used to make prospecting 1 minute per acre and give a 5% boost to ore rarity. It now gives a 5% boost chance to ore rarity, ore deposit size, and deposit modifiers such as lower depth for deep deposits etc. Using it will also make it so that lab work results are instant (Once they are required to be flown out in the near future).
Note on the above: You can use both the Prospect Boost & Thors hammer on a single plot to stack these bonus traits.
Logistics
Making good headway on LE benefits. All trucks with no cert or heavy haul cert abilities have been coded in, as well as the time loading/unloading bonus for the Heavy Haul semis.
Added ability to install donator modules to ships. Each ship only has 1 donator module slot currently. Installation can only be done at NPC ports currently when a ship is idle. The cost of installation is $25,000 per hour in labor and takes approximately 3 hours per 1m in ship hull. Note that once player shipyards are fully online, they will be able to research how to be more efficient at installing modules, and it will make player shipyards a more lucrative option.

Resource Acquisition
Added the ability for pickup trucks to bobtail from city to city, both domestic and international.
Fixed where in limited instances the details button would not be available for a freshly marked piece of land.
Reimplemented ability to bobtail Pickup trucks from city to city.
Reimplemented the ability for dumptrucks that are road legal to bobtail city to city (These are generally trucks that unload in an hour.)
Added the ability to transport construction and mining equipment via train domestically (Within same country).
Added new menu item "Survey Equipment". This will be an interface just for survey equipment (Trucks & Mining Drills), this first iteration will allow you to view them, their location and status. In the near future you will also be able to give some rudimentary orders to them, and track completion times on survey operations to make your surveying teams more effective. Note this area is not visible yet when clicking the menu item.
Fixed issue with waste piles not increasing in some instances. Please note that while performing this fix all bulldozers were reset to idle, so you will need to restart your dozers that were leveling waste.

Resource Exchange
Added in default 'No Destination' on shipping contracts for raw goods via ship, train and truck. This should prevent the Herat issues, as now if you do not select a destination, it will not create the job.
Added in the ability to cancel loads that are open and have not been taken yet by Semi, Train and Boat. This is done through the shipping section of the resource exchange, and only works on non-finished (Raw) goods. You will receive the goods immediately back in the departure warehouse, but you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fee.
Other
Added new menu item 'staffing' to Interactions > Business Operations in preparation for future deployments to do with staff management.
Added new NPC naming system, this new system is more dynamic and has the potential for over 60 million unique names to individuals. This is part of a larger overall revamp to the HR and staffing side of things. Currently, new semi hires will reflect the new system, and soon, other hires will as well.
Launched new Alligator Gar fishing tournament, runs thru July 31st in Lake Texoma!
